The Charity
The American Heart Association was founded in 1924 as a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness of, and reducing disabilities and deaths caused by, cardiovascular disease and stroke. It is headquartered in Dallas, TX. In addition, the AHA provides adult and children training classes for first aid and CPR.
The Song
"The Road and the Wind" is my musical impression of a drive down rural roads on a very windy spring day. The music, like our country roads, makes sudden turns and detours, before returning to the main road.
